I can read books on another lots. I saved the house again (then I went to my old house and accidentaly forgot to check "sell furniture" so I just spent like an hour deleting everything from household inventory...) and deleted the lot. And I could read books without any problem. So I wanted place that saved house again and... it broke. Infinite loading. I had to close the game from the task manager. I went back to the game and everything works fine for now... grrr. But thank you for the tip!
