Hi, I recently bought the Laundry Day extension but I'm having trouble with all the appliances:I can't click on the hamper. there is no cursor change or anythingwhen my sims change their clothes don't go into a hamper or on the floor. When deleting the hamper there are still no clothes on the floor when they change. All hampers do thisthe washing tub only has the option to add a scent, but it is greyed out.the washing machine only has upgrade optionThings I've tried to do after looking at forums:Try in different worldsRemove all modsRepair the gameMove Sims4 folder and start the game up so a new folder is createdcompletely reinstall game and open without modsNothing has made any difference whatsoever. If anyone can help that would be amazing!

I looked at that one, but it's pretty different cause they have problems with their washed laundry and I just have no laundry at all. No matter what appliances I have on the lot and no matter how many times my sims change their clothes there will be no laundry piles and nothing in the hampers.
I've been meaning to start over completely so when I did the reinstall I just deleted my old Sims 4 folder (after backing up the mods folder) and had the game make a complete new one (I haven't put any mods back in so they're probs not the problem). I have the old save files in my trash so I can still get to them, but which ones would you need?

No it still doesn't work. Everytime I tried something I tested it and the problems are exactly the same each time.

Had the same issue and could not use any of cc for the washer and dryer along with hamper. I had to have my sim but all the dirty clothes together in the hamper then deleted washer and dryer and just use the ea maxis washer and dryer now it is working. If you have cc recommended taking it out your mods folder and updating your game due to any patch update. Happy siming!

I have the same issue with the laundry day. I recently bought it and sim is not able to wash anything and there is no pile of clothes. Clicking on hamper appears “doesn’t own this item” or something similar. No idea what to do.
