Live mode issues (PC)

I've been having issues with the WASD/arrow keys. They're unresponsive, but for some reason my tab has changed to S/down and delete into D/right. I've tried to un- and re-install the game, remove the game files, repair the game, I even uninstalled Origin but nothing seems to work. Just to clarify this issue is only in the Sims 4, my Sims 3 is fine and functional. Everything else is functional as well in the game, all the shortkeys and my mouse work as always. I just don't know what to do anymore ;-;
