Long time command fails after high school years coming out

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? v1.90.375.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? All you have to do is make sure you have access to every cheat that was taken out after seasons update and open the console and then activate testing cheats true and then hit enter then type Traits.clear_traits and hit enter then you need to attempt to make a romantic relationship with another sim and it will give you only 2 options
What happens when the bug occurs? The options for romantic relationships only has 2 options and it is supposed to be just like normal sims 4
What do you expect to see? Before high school years and the update that came right before the release you had the same options as you had without the cheat
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Having a mod has no effect because I have been using this cheat code long before and it only just has issues because of the new updates for high school years and the expansion itself so mods do not effect it

    @GRJ1 My guess is that a trait got removed that shouldn't have been.

    I'm not too familiar with the cheat. It's for a specific Sim, right ?

    It's working as it should for Sims that you haven't used it on ?

    Actually I have made new sims multiple time while I was troubleshooting but you can put it on as many as you want but it still does the same thing no matter what

    FYI if you go into cas either through live mode or edit Cas in another way you will have to re apply it to all of the sims

    @GRJ1 Sorry for the late reply

    I tested what you said and used the cheat in an existing save (Sims full romance bar)

    Used the cheat, romance options were gone, entered CAS which to check on sexual orientation which gave both my Sim one random trait and after that it was fixed.

    Second test:

    Made two random Sims not involved. Used cheat. Romance options gone

    Used change Sim to go to CAS to check on settings. This again fixed the romance menu and gave my SIm one random trait.

    I do think something about sexual orientation gets broken when you use the cheat.
