Looking for 2 specific fairy mods

Hello! I'm loving the Enchanted by Nature expansion and having a lot of fun playing with fairies but there are two things that drive me crazy about them and I was hoping there's a mod fix for them.

1. Is there an "Always Instantly Fly Here" mod for fairies? Spellcasters can toggle Always Transportalate. Vampires can toggle Always Superspeed or Always Move as Bat/Mist. I'm pretty sure werewolves have an always run fast toggle, too. Why are fairies the only occult with a skill tree who don't have this option? I hate having to click the Instantly Fly Here option every time.
2. I like having fairy dust because it's useful for lots of things but I'm so sick to freaking death of having to pick it up off the ground a dozen times a day. Is there a mod that spawns it in the inventory instead?
