I use a furry mod on my Japanese birdman (he's a karasu tengu, and karasu means crow). I believe it's from url="https://furaffinity.net/view/36006770/
FWIW, before I started using cc I just played around with his face to give him round eyes and a long pointed nose, and he looked pretty bird-like then. ;) , but the "snout" cc at this page will give him a better beak. If you add the skin overlay, he'll have feathers too.
BTW, I think that a rooster head comes with the University EP. Do you have that?
I have a bunch of antler cc too, but I'll have to look them up, and it's about time for bed. (I searched through a bunch to make a Wendigo.)
I'll try to look up the links for them if I remember.
