Looking For Mod - No Automatic Animosity between Fairies and Spellcasters

Like the subject says I'm looking for a mod that does away with the automatic animosity between Fairies and Spellcasters. I feel certain I've seen it out there in the world but I can't find it now.

Does anyone know of such a mod?
