Lost all my data

What happens when the bug occurs? I can't play my worlds anymore.
What do you expect to see? I don't know if this is a bug or what happened but suddenly all my data was deleted. My EA stopped working and I had to delete it and all its files in order to re-download it. After I did that, I was able to redownload EA and open the Sims. When I opened the Sims, I found that all of my data had been deleted. I had 150 hours on this game to find it was all completely gone and I don't know how to retrieve it. I don't know why deleting EA would mean that all of my Sims data would be deleted but that's what happened. I don't know if there's any way to bring it back but I need something to be done about this because it's not my fault that EA has a faulty desktop app that refuses to delete normally or function at all. I had to resort to deleting all files relating to the EA app in order to be able to reinstall EA because it wouldn't delete normally.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.

Please describe the patch or change you made. It happened after I deleted the EA app.
