Lot disappearing when entering through build mode

Hello everyone, i'm currently facing an issue where when I try to load into a lot through the build option from manage world (the lot is not occupied by anyone), the game lets me into the lot, but everything that was previously in said lot disappears when it loads. In simple words, from manage worlds, it shows me the lot exactly how it was when I left it, but when I load into it from build mode the lot is empty. 

I tried removing all my mods, and figured it worked fine (although my old lot is now gone, if I place new walls etc they stay on the lot if I reload in), so it must be a mod issue. I update my mods since the last update and took out all the broken ones, so does anyone have any clue what this might be? I might still have some broken mod in my game but I can't figure out what might be. Could it be related to TOOL or BetterBuildBuy? I use both, but TOOL hasn't been working for me since the last update.
