Lots disappearing

Everytime I send my sims to another plot, the building disappears. I’ve uninstalled various packs and I’ve repaired the game but in the end it crashes. I’m not using mods either. This game is now completely unplayable. To say frustrated is an understatement, I question sometimes why we pay money for games when they have constant issues.

The same thing is happening to my game. Every single lot I go to, the house is missing, so then I add another house in its place, this is so frustrating. Even the prom building is missing... I do not use mods either.
