Thats what I said I did. I tried it with it selected - nothing. With it not selected - nothing. Also with scripted mods enabled and without, just in case, and nothing.
There was a suggestion on this forum before that removing the Tray folder then selecting to download should cause a new tray folder to be created - that does not happen. Funnily enough with the folder moved to my desktop previous downloaded lots still showed in my library.
Abzlass1982 Downloading doesn't create a new Tray folder -- starting the game does.
Clicking "CC" is in the Library options, on the left panel where you select things like lot size.
