Infant Carrier Option Doesn’t Exist

I recently purchased Growing Together pack and tried to find the infant carrier option but it’s no where. I’ve searched the forums and found that it should be when you click the infant or crib > baby care > carrier option should appear - but it doesn’t for me.

I do use mods (**bleep**, MCCommand, UI Cheats) I have zero custom content. After seeing that it’s likely a mods issue I removed all my mods from the mod folder to my desktop and deleted the Mod folder and the cache file and still no option for the carrier and I can’t click on the baby mats to place the infant there either. I just get the option to ask the dog to lay in it.

I have also repaired the game too and still nothing.

I’m losing the will to live trying to figure out what is wrong as I feel I have exhausted all options. Can anyone help me with this? Feel like I’ve just wasted money on a pack because I can’t even use some of the interactions that come with it.
