Main sim logs in, but not found, other sim needs to summon to site

Not sure why, and I couldn't find it via search...but every time I log in to my main sim, wherever he is, either the world is up in the air floating, or the cursor is focused over a spot that isnt where my sim is.

Also...there are many times I'm logging in as my main sim, and yet a household member will be at the site, not him. I then have to use MCCC to summon him via the family member already there to bring him into play. Note, when I do, I am summoning a "lot sim"...
