For the rest, how much of this happens on a new save, run after you repaired the game? Please test and let me know. The disappearing lights and other objects is known to be mod-related, and it's possible that your mods affected your main save(s) in a way that persisted after the mods were removed.
Thank you very much for your reply. I tried a new save after repairing the game and had no problems. Then I went back to my old saves and the problem reappeared. So I think you're right: the mods affected my old saves and the problem persisted after removing them. Does this mean my old saves are broken? And Is there a way to repair them or are they permanently corrupted?
Lilinots Are you able to delete all the lights in Build mode and then save?
