This is the text in the error message:
Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later.
I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so.
Anyone else having this problem, for me it started after the new burglar update.

yeah I've same issue here, what I do is:
1. Reinstall game (not solved)
2. do move the sims folder at documents to desktop and re-open game and bring back save and delete cache folder (not solved)
3. Allow ea or the sims through internet at firewall settings (not solved)
Idk what to do, I can open galery my library but while open galery the item stuff have crossing sign

i have this issue too. if i try to favorite anything in the gallery i get the spinning plumbobs for a while and then the error "We could not process this Gallery request. Please try again later" with the option to hit "Ok" or press the "x", but no matter what i do, the game remains greyed out and locked up with the spinning plumbobs and the only thing i can do then is minimize the game window and hit the red X on my taskbar and go back to the game to confirm i want to exit. i have base game and Blooming Rooms only. no mods. screenshots attached.
UPDATE: As it turns out, the lots and households do show up in "My Favorites" eventually. there is however, a weird thing happening where some items somehow have "zero likes" although they are appearing in "My Favorites" with a green heart icon. attached a third screenshot.
also i have found that the whole being locked out of the game thing i was talking about can be avoided by clicking the heart icon in the main gallery window rather than in the preview window of the given gallery item.

Hi , i can't upload my sims to the gallery ☹️ Help please
Community ManagerI have tried everything I can do. I can access the gallery, pull things from the gallery. CAS or BB.. doesn't matter. It can be downloaded to my game. WHAT I CANNOT DO.. is upload from CAS nor BB... not rooms, nor lots. I repaired. I have checked so much things, basic trouble shooting issues.. and nothing works.
I got to upload my sims family's/houses to the Gallery and it stops working or says server failure?
It also is really slow to upload anything to the Gallery for other people to use.
I am also seeing the same error message. I cannot save larger lots to my own gallery, and I've never had this happen until after the Burglar update.
CartoonTrain94 GrownUpSimmer Can you upload a small lot with only a few items on it? What about a room, or a fresh sim? You can take down the uploads afterwards; this is just for testing.
Please test with your Mods folder removed.
