Make Sims Name Longer Mod
Does anyone know a mod that is able to override the game's thirteen character limit for names in CAS?

- @FanPhoria MCCC now has this as an option, check the most recent patch notes for how to get it working. Scumbumbo's Change Sim Name and Gender mod also has this function and is still working as of the most recent patch, but won't be maintained in the future so using MCCC, if you already use it, is best.

Hey, Scumbumbo's mod which i've been using religiously for a long time finally broke. And all my sim names are too long now.
I came across these posts and tried MCCC but the even though I can rename sims the 13 character limit is still there.
Am I missing some setting that needs to be changed?

From the notes:I added a new setting, “Maximum Rename Length” (MCCC > MCCC Settings > Gameplay Settings > Maximum Rename Length). This setting determines the maximum length allowed for First and Last Name each when renaming a Sim with MCCC. Default is 14. WARNING: Specifying a first or last name longer than 14 characters will result in a CAS error if that Sim is modified and saved. If you don’t go into CAS, you’ll be fine, but this is why I don’t allow > 14 by default.

I have the same issue. Changed the length in MCCC and restarted but I won't allow me to either
