Mods and CC Can't be Enabled

I ran my game as usual after the major update from few days ago. The Mods and CC settings are being reset in which I had to re-enabled them from the settings then restarted the game. But when I tried to do that, it didn't work at all. Whenever I re-enabled then restarted the game, when it the game is opened again the settings for Mods and CC are not enabled and needed to be re-enabled over and over again. I've tried several attempts to re-enabled and restart the game but it just didn't want to keep my Mods and CC settings enabled.
