male sim accidentally pregnant visible but no moodlet

I have MCCC and RPO by Lumpinou installed but no CC. My male sim was not abducted by aliens. After woohooing with his boyfriend I got the eating for two pop up. There isn't a pregnancy moodlet but he...

There's a good chance this is a game bug (see Bug Reports). Do make sure that you have only mods updated or confirmed compatible with the patch: Broken & Updated Mods & CC

    I have removed my mods, and I am waiting for tomorrow's update before loading back into the game.
