For Troubleshooting, I finally had time to sit down and grab this screenshot of MCCC 3.3.1 Installed:
Reminder, there were TWO versions of 3.3.1 released. If you have MCCC and do NOT see the UI Menu Buttons, you downloaded before the update was fixed. Redownload to fix that. :)
