MCCC > MCCC Settings > Set Age Span Duration
It is a great feature. I keep on extending the life stages :D need more time for story!
I use it to shorten the life stage of babies..

i have aging off. originally it was because my sims were aging to fast. now i'm waiting for the parenting pack.
