Hi, i vaguely recall a setting wherein we could have Sims do things like gardening automatically, although where to find it now escapes me. I'm also hopeful that there is one to tend to livestock. Once again, the chickens are being shamefully neglected. In all fairness to my Sims, they've been hit several times in recent gameplaying with the death of family members. Hard to recall you have chores to do when you're in mourning. I was hoping for mod help in the matter. If someone can at least give me the pathway to the gardening automatically, that would help all by itself.

As @brizgal already said, try this command from an ingame computer's MCCC menu:
Computer:MCCC > MC Tuner > Change Interaction Autonomy > Autonomous Gardening
If this setting is enabled, any eligible sim (teen to elder) on a lot with an object which needs gardening may autonomously perform gardening. Default setting is "disabled".
