MCCC Command Center not showing up

I have downloaded and installed the latest version of MCCC into my Sims 4 mod folder, but the option for the command center isn't showing up. What am I doing wrong? What version of MCCC should I have ...

I don't know if you are still wondering but if you are. Make sure that it is no more then one folder deep in the mods folder.
