MCCC moving and furniture question

I use MCCC and fill my lots with random sims and watch their lives develop from afar :) But I've noticed that whenever any sims move out of their homes to marry other sims, then they leave the home they've left behind unfurnished. I was wondering if there was a way to stop this, or a setting that I've missed?
I'm assuming that the default is something like 'take furniture with them' rather than 'sell furniture', but it means that when I go to move in random townies to the empty houses, that they're unfurnished, and it makes visiting them with my played sims a bit unrealistic, and I dont want to have to keep placing new furnished lots, or re-placing old lots but with furniture in.
Anyways, any help would be fab :)
