Mccc tuning questions

I have a lot of running mods like making university shorter and more expensive, rental fix, harder magic level up , nerf magic , etc. Too many to keep up especially due to the regular update. I wonder if I can tune all theses using just mccc ? I can only tune very few things with mccc.... I wonder if I am missing anything ?
