Missing Gui

I followed your instructions and I am still having a similar issue except this is a base lot and I used Babs L'amour as my sim to test and I got this. No mods, no cc, updated, uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired and I still have this issue.

    It was, but I managed to fix it this afternoon. I ran another update, and repaired the game and everything is working fine.

    @ginger5283 I split your post since the other issue is mod related + looks different from yours.

    You say you have no mods/cc, does that mean you removed it or you never had any ?

    Did you check if it happens in a new save as well (for testing purposes) ?

    So I had mods, but I deleted all of them, uninstalled the game, and then reinstalled it. I deleted previous saves since I just started them so it was a clean save and had this issue still. I even repaired the game, but I still have this issue.
