Same!! I found it's the Better Build Buy mod. All of TwistedMexi's other mods were fine but this one caused me to lose most of my debug items. Guess I'll just have to wait for the next patch.
@abebarnes You can definitely access debug items with BBB. Head over to TwistedMexi for support on using the mod. You might want to check that you're on the most recent version first (they'll have you check anyway): v3.2.6, March 16, 2024
