@SanriooBaby Hi! Please move your mods folder to the desktop and and delete the localthumbcache.package file located in the Documents / Electronic Arts / The Sims 4 folder before opening the game for testing. You probably want to create a new game for testing so that you don't change your current game until you find the problem. Please come back and update if your sims have the options without any mods.

@SanriooBaby Are you getting an error when you try to drag the folder? Are you able to move the folder somewhere else? Perhaps try dragging the folder to your Documents folder? Disabling mods in the options menu should be enough to prevent them from impacting your game. However, I think it's just best practice to remove them from your The Sims 4 folder completely before launching the game to test. Also remember to delete that localthumbcache file.

It's definitely strange that you do not have a romance menu. Is this in the save that you were playing before removing the mods? If so, please create a new save while your mods are out to see if sims have the romance option in a completely fresh save. I suggest creating a brand new sim also instead of loading a saved one. This will give us a control environment for the test; new save, new sim, no mods.
