missing sims delivery express items

hey, I'm missing the march 24th sims delivery express items even though I downloaded it and it says I have the latest. I've tried to repair my game, tried deleting the cache, deleting and redownloading the game, reseting origin, and contacting ea and none of this has got me the items they promised in the sdx. All my other updates have been fine, no issue, but I really want the new items and was looking forward to them.

    @UnicornRae There's a folder called content in your documents folder. Could you try moving that to the desktop, then start the game.

    You should be promoted to download the deliveries again. See if they are then present.
