Missing Thumbnails / Forever Saving

Hey guys this is an issue I have been dealing with for almost 2 years now. This first sstarted happening about a month before infants were released. Since then Ive just been managing it the best I can, but I have grown extremely sick of it. Basically, what happens is that my sims bigger thumbnail displaying their emotion in the bottom left, will disappear. When that happens if their emotion changes, the color and name of the emotion will not. If tthey change clothes, or shower, they will remain in the original outfit that they were in when the glitch started. Sometimes the smaller thumbnail will disappear too but that isnt everytime. All NPCs will completely disappear, only their little speech bubbles will occasionally appear. When this happens saving is completely impossible. It will just load forever until I am forced to close it using task manager. Originally clearing my cache would help, but as more time passed the more agressive this glitch would get. The cache would never fully stop it, but it delayed its apperance. I am no stranger to mods and cc, and am 100% certain that all of my mods are up to date. No wrong file types in my CC folders. Ive tried all the bad/broken cc detectors and nothing is fixing it. Any and all help is appriciated <3
