Missing toddler

Hey!! 
My toddler completely disappeared from the family I’m currently playing, I didn’t have a nanny or leave anywhere with the toddler, they simply just vanished from my game and family tree. They’re also gone when I go to manage worlds, I’m so confused!!! Can anyone help??
