Does someone still have the problem? Or does someone know how to solve it?
@Fairyy0 Please see @Bluebellflora's suggestion that you should do a game repair if you cannot find it by looking in the area she mentioned... go to the window named "Scattered Panes" and look under it's color options pop-up choices. You should find it there. There is a helpful screenshot in Flora's post/comment here. (Note that ie's under the tallest wall-type window options).
