I can launch the sims 4, but every time I launch it the game says "game loading in progress" and it stays that way. I can't save anything or go into build mode as a result. This continues until I exit the game and then reoccurs every time I relaunch it. I've tried repairing the game, uninstalling and then reinstalling it, updating it, creating a new save file you name it. Tech support said to create a forum to see if that could get me answers.
