Mod for Career Progression?
I just wondered if there is a mod that makes it so sims outside the household progress in their careers? One of the things I miss about NRAAS from Sims 3 is how sims outside the household would progress through their careers.
I'm currently doing a baby challenge save and before the kids move out I try to pick a career for them (I marry them too, but that's a separate thing). But it's frustrating to know they will always stay at that somewhat entry level position forever since they won't progress in their careers. If there is a mod that does that, I'd be very interested in it.
