Please head over to MCCC Discord/Page on updates on what to do. I personally don't use the mod and can't help you with it.

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All expansions, gamepacks & stuff packs. Blooming Rooms, Incheon Arrivals, Industrial Loft and Country Kitchen Kits
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Load a game with long lifespan turned on
What happens when the bug occurs? Long lifespan is turned on, but lifespan is acting as if its on "normal."
What do you expect to see? Lifespans to be long - currently have the same lifespan as "normal."
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Since Update 7/26/2022 - hoped update 8/2/2022 would fix it but it hasn't.
I tried without mods and with, always the same. Using MCCC to get exact numbers for some of my sims in them age brackets - happy to provide screenies if needed.
ELDER - 11/7 (expected: 40+)
ADULT - 3/17 (expected: 88)
YOUNG ADULT - 41/24 (expected: 88)
CHILD - 10/13 (expected: 56?)
TODDLER - 26/7 (expected: 32)
This is a bug in MCCC and has been reported to them. This is not a game bug.
