@shaunse So I moved all my CC out of the Mods folder and restarted the game and it worked, it's definitely a CC or Mod issue! Create a new folder on your desktop and move your CC and Mods into it, and then see if you still have the problem. My problem now is finding out which CC or Mod is causing the issue.
