[MOD RELATED] [DHD] Game freezes after reveal/Grey overlay

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.75.125.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By playing the pack.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim will go to work (interior designer), she will complete all the goals but once she’s finished her job the screen freezes and looks faded.
What do you expect to see? I’d expect it not to freeze and for it to come up saying that my sim was successful or not successful at her job.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. It started happening after I downloaded the dream home decorator pack and it only happens with that career, I have updated all my mods to the latest versions post patch and removed my mods and the problem still persists.

whenever I send my sim to an interior design gig she can complete all the goals without any issues but once the gig is completed I do not get a pop up to say whether she was successful or not and my game completely freezes (as shown in the screenshot) and the screen fades.. I have updated all my mods to the current and latest updates that were released after the patch and the packs release and I have removed my mods folder and the problem still persists.. this happens at the end of every single gig and the only way I can unfreeze is by closing the game all together. Also when I go into task manager to see if the game is unresponsive it says it’s responding so it’s not a normal freezing issue caused by the PC itself.
