[MOD RELATED] Error code every time I try and go into a game (109:dd2b8c5)

Whenever I try to continue a game or make a new household, the game tells me  that  the error 109:dd2b8c5:3e46f6f7 has occurred and that I should restart the game.

Whats causing the error and how o fix it? Ive already tried repairing the game twice.
