Downloaded For Rent EP and the Tomarang world (For Rent world) wont open, all it is is a white screen when i click on the world. I've restarted my computer, reset my cache on EA, reparied my sims but nothings works, any help? đ
@katrinnott This means you had outdated mods. Many have been updated and you get the new version. And many of those are listed at Broken/Updated Mods . You can subscribe to that thread for notifications of when there are new posts.
Im having the same problem
I have the same thing.I reinstalled it,created new sims,and a repairing,but to no avail.When i want to enter the world of For Rent,it just gives me a big blank and that's it,and i can only exit it if i go to the exit to main menu or exit game
since the update Spa Oasis does it for me and it does it even in the game without CC at all
There currently seem to be two issues around.
1. TOOL or other mods/cc (as with every EP). Do make sure you have the newest version of the mods you are using and that they are compatible. You will have this particular issue when you first start your game after installing for rent and trying to enter the world.
2. Corrupted lots prevent the world from loading. This white screen might actually a bit different form the other when it comes to look but I'm not entirely sure. You will usually don't see this right away but it seems to work at first and then stops working when a lot corrupts. Me 2 only the new 4 rent doesn't open all other worlds work. I restarted, repaired removed mods and CC. It's just a white screen when u try to go into the world.

Updating the T.O.O.L. Mod fixed my white screen. Not sure if you have it installed too.
