This is an issue caused by the UI Cheats mod. For future reference, on the day of an update you should not re-enable mods unless you know that they are compatible with the latest update. This should prevent problems like this in the future.
@Kassiekap101 It's probably your mods. Try removing the UI cheats mod first; it broke in the most recent patch and has been borking the Build/Buy interface for a lot of people. Be sure to delete localthumbcache.package from your game folder as well. I think the mod has been updated, but test first without it present to make sure that's the issue.
If you have the same problem even after removing UI cheats, you'll need to sort through your mods and cc manually. There's no shortcut; just test them in batches to narrow it down.
Just before i saw your reply i went ahead and sorted through all my cc and some of my mods i was just about to do that and i came to check. It works now thank you for your help

@Kassiekap101 I believe there is, but I don't use it myself, so I can't tell you whether it works. Now that your game is running, you can add it and test, and remove it again if it causes the same problem.
What Mod did you delete to make it work? I have the same issue.
@jph061218 The UI cheats mod is the most likely culprit, so remove or update that one first. If that doesn't help, you'll need to test your mods in batches, or use the 50/50 method to sort them. Be sure to delete localthumbcache.package as well.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try adjusting the graphics settings then resetting? Not 100% sure
What happens when the bug occurs? The game is basically unplayable. Mods or not it will stay the same. Cas mode works fine but live mode and build mode are unplayable, the only options are is the aspiration and not much else. There's No sim, no other option, cant click anything either (live mode options). When you enter build mode it either freezes so you can't exit unless you enter the gallery or end the game, and in build mode theres nothing except the grid. Also if you exit and reenter you cant click to play your household, you'll have to make a new one. Important to mention but repairing isnt fixing the game either, it will say it cant finish and that you need to be online so im not sure if its sims thats so broken or origin is also not working? *Update: if you reset your pc this might fix the manage worldbeing empty after a few hours, but it may not fix immediately. But if you manage to get manage worlds fixed and click play household it will still stay broken but if you click a sim that isnt a toddler you play again. I dont know if this properly fixes the game though
What do you expect to see? everything up to live mode and build mode will look and act normal. in game there'll only be an aspiration option (that's empty and where you can't fill it) there will be no sim, and you wont be able to click anything (besides the options to go to live mode/the gallery/manage worlds/ and settings)

Please describe the patch or change you made. The patch right before tiny living, i think, isn't the thing that broke the game, as i played it for a few hours when i got the new patch and it was fine but also when i initially got tiny living it was fine until i changed the graphic settings and reset the game.
