[mod-related, pre-1.122 hotfix] Actions not appearing

My game just auto-updated and now I can't click anything to create an action. It highlights the object in question, but when I click it, no actions appear and I am unable to select anything for my Sims to do. I tested with mouse and with track pad, also tried right-clicking, nothing works.

March 18, pre-hotfix-patch: Until EA updates to fix package files that aren't loading, many script mods may have missing features: they might be only partly loaded, but enough that any of the mod's package files that aren't loading are breaking them. Missing items in pie menus is a very likely result of this. Please play mod-free until the hotfix. After the hotfix is out, modders will be able to test their mods to find out if further changes are needed or if all that was needed was the EA hotfix. Good afternoon! I'm writing because my game updated about an hour ago, and when I was able to play again, every time I log in, a message pops up saying "at least one object has been removed from Create a Sim," and I haven't been able to interact with anything since. I can't give my Sim commands, I can't press objects, I can't interact with other Sims, nothing. I can only move the camera and go to the menu.
Does anyone have any how can I fix it? Thank you.

Thank you! I've been fine before but after the update today I can't click on or interact with items. Sims are glitchy and items are removed from the game that shouldn't be. mod items have a red x on them in my inventory. Notifications are BLANK. I already updated my mods and everything and tried deleting caches. I've been online for hours searching for an issue and finally someone else said it!

Just loaded up sims with the new update and already reactivated my cc. But its all be removed clothes and furniture. Also i cant interact with my sim, i can click but the interaction wheel doesn't show at all even holding shift. Most objects i cant even interact with i clicked on everything tv, bed, mirror, sink etc the only thing that showed options to interact with was a tv and all the items were base game items. So I know its not only the cc content I tried a modded world and one that has never had any cc placed and i cant interact. I restarted twice already deactivated mods and still nothing.

This is also happening to me. Oddly enough, only the children in my household can do actions. Any adults of teenagers have no menu options.
