@emmymaurice You may not be able to use the 50/50 method, at least not when the blue flashing square is the issue. It's possible that reverting to a previous save, playing it forward with certain mods present, and checking for the blue flashing square may work. The problem is, I don't know that this issue is consistent enough to produce reliable results, as in, a bad mod might not corrupt your save on its first try.
If you do want to test, be sure to make a backup copy of your entire saves folder, so you can recover a backup save again if necessary.
The more reliable approach may be to just download new versions of your mods, ones that have been confirmed compatible with the newest patch.

@emmymaurice Apparently one of the mods you added back is the issue, so you'll need to further divide the group and retest. I understand it's complicated and time-consuming, but if you want to play with mods, you'll either need to spend the time or get rid of all your mods and download new ones that are confirmed compatible with the newest patch.
- 5 years ago@puzzlezaddict that’s what i did. i removed them, divided them and then added them back but none of them seemed to solve the problem

@emmymaurice Does this problem happen with no mods at all? If not, then the problem is clearly a mod. I'm sorry, I can't help you figure out which one; you'll need to do that yourself.
