I ran into a problem with one of my recent saves. I have two households I play in that save game. There's the main family and one in college. All of the other households play fine except the main household. Whenever I hover over it, the picture loads with a blue square glitching in the background of the portrait. If I hover over another household in the town and go back to the main household, that other household portrait takes the place of the family I can't load. When I click my household, there are no sim pictures in the bottom left-hand corner and the play button doesn't do anything. I play with mods but I took them out and the problem was still there. I'm playing on the latest version. Can anyone help?
@mxxngoddess I've merged your post with the master thread for this issue. Please see the first post on page one for suggestions. To be clear though, once this has happened, it's usually necessary to revert to a previous save in addition to removing your mods.
