What is your current game version number? 1.84.197.1230
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? the wedding stories
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It must be something to do with the download possibly
What happens when the bug occurs? When I go into the world it turns into a blank screen
What do you expect to see? I expect to see the world that I purchased, However, I do not. I tried restarting the game several times nothing has changed.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

If you use the TOOL mod you need to get the update for the patch/pack today.
Do you know what specific version the new update is? Because I think I have everything up to date but I'm still having the same issue.

The exact same thing happens on the Mac OS version... âšī¸ I was really looking forward to playing this game-pack.
With my game anytime I try to click on the new world my game minimizes and then will continue to do so. I have turned off all mods and still does the same thing each time.
Did you remember to delete the localthumbcache file when you removed your mods? I'd try running a clean folder.
I have the same issue and have done the same thing! I really want to use the new world but its sadly just blank

I have the same issue and have done the same thing! I really want to use the new world but its sadly just blankMove your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Then test the game
If it works now check for updates to your Mods and CC. Add it back a little at a time while testing until you have found all that are broken.
I just updated TOOL and Better Build Buy and mine works now. TwistedMexi already has updates ready on his Patreon đ

- I am having the same issue. I'm not big on mods, but I downloaded Carls MWS mod to see if that would help. Nope. I get the same, previously mentioned, white screen without the ability to navigate away unless I exit to main menu. I have tried running a repair scan and looking for any updates, both profited nothing. Any other thoughts Sims Community?
