I am having the same issue. I'm not big on mods, but I downloaded Carls MWS mod to see if that would help. Nope. I get the same, previously mentioned, white screen without the ability to navigate away unless I exit to main menu. I have tried running a repair scan and looking for any updates, both profited nothing. Any other thoughts Sims Community?
