I would like a mod that stops career SP but not NPC role SP for nonplayed Sims, so I can mark a lot of my played Sims nonplayed. (By this I mean that a Sim who is a level 7 Secret Agent will stay one, but a Sim who is unemployed could be assigned to be a Bartender.)
