mods & CC will not work after repairing game, updating, enabling mods

Hey! so i posted my question on a topic before, but i just wanted more variety of help. ive just recently downloaded my sims game again after being unable to use it for a while. i opened the game and saw that my CC and mods were not showing up in the ‘view custom content’ page. i have enable both CC and script mods, repaired the game, removed my mods within the folder and tried to find updated and newly released mods/CC and still will not show up in the game. i have one CC in my folder right now as i removed the rest, it’s not in a sub folder it’s within the Sims 4 folder under ‘mods’, it’s unzipped and doesn’t need a mesh for it to work and regardless it will not show up. please help!!
