Weird, the only way to change those yellow is to place new face.

What it can be? i removed mods and packages, but this bug is still here....

Many of NPCs are yellow now ☹️

@FOOLNAMEALEXA If removing cc/mods doesn't help with reverting, you'll probably need to load a backup (first remove mods/cc, delete localthumbcache file, load backup, check if it still happens).
