Help. My gallery will not open. When I click to open it I get 4 tabs with wwwwwww. I don't know what that means. I haven't had any internet connection issues. If I close the tabs and try to reopen the gallery nothing happens. However if I am in create a sims, I can still save to the gallery. I still can not open it. I both updated my sims and tried to add a household. I am not sure it that is the cause. When I remove the tray files from the household I added it doesn't fix the gallery problem.
