What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats and Dogs, Jungle Adventure, Luxury Party
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not Sure
What happens when the bug occurs? My UI and buttons in the menu and CAS have their textures all messed up and become distorted
What do you expect to see? Buttons are off center and have random shapes of usually green and red stretched over them
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I'm not sure what update it was but this has appeared for about a month. I don't think it was triggered by any mods or cc I added.

I ended up trying everything to fix it and it did work briefly but it seemed like there was some vital file that I need to keep to make the sims work but whenever I added any other files it would just pop up again. Idk what the hell I deleted but everything I made got wiped LOL like the sims didn't even recognize the existence of sims and every menu was just blank. I've given up I think
