icemunmun has recently released a mod so that if you own Outdoor Retreat you can use the RoM couldron to brew Herbology potions in it as well.
There's also one on modthesims but I've forgotten who by, that increases the ingredients needed to craft potions and makes it so that you don't get a free sample of the really powerful ones.
